No ReefRoamer charge to refund.

Effective July 17, 2026

The ReefRoamer Puerto Rico beta is free. MEET KAI LLC does not currently charge for the Fish Passport, outing log, story export, or reef shortlist request, so there is no ReefRoamer purchase to cancel or refund.

External providers

ReefRoamer may link to independent guides, references, or travel providers. A purchase made from an external provider is between you and that provider and follows the provider's cancellation and refund terms.

If billing is added later

Any future paid ReefRoamer offer will display its price, renewal or one-time billing terms, delivery details, cancellation method, and applicable refund terms before purchase.
