Check the real water before you enter it.

Conditions can change faster than a web page. ReefRoamer labels estimates and dated baselines, but it cannot see the water in front of you or guarantee that a site is safe.

Before entering

• Check official weather, marine, surf, rip-current, water-quality, and closure advisories.
• Confirm the timestamp and source beside every condition. A baseline is not a current observation.
• Observe waves, currents, boat traffic, entry and exit points, visibility, and other people already in the water.
• Stay within your training and ability. Use a certified local operator when the site, activity, or conditions call for one.

Leave the water

Do not enter—or exit promptly—when conditions exceed your ability, official warnings are active, water quality is uncertain, access is closed, or anything feels wrong. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Protect the reef

Do not touch, stand on, collect, or anchor on coral. Keep distance from wildlife and follow DRNA, NOAA, reserve, and operator rules.
