Every condition should tell you what it is and where it came from.
Observation classes
Live and recent observation require provider provenance and a usable timestamp. Provider estimate identifies modeled or forecast provider data. Baseline is a dated editorial reference, not a current report. Unavailable means the product does not have defensible data to show.
Freshness
Each condition shows its source and time when available. Provider observations become recent or stale as they age. A baseline remains a baseline even when it has a date.
Place ratings
A positive current rating requires fresh observed wave height, visibility, and bacterial water quality. If any required input is missing, estimated, baseline, or stale, ReefRoamer shows CHECK. It does not fill gaps with invented defaults.
Rincón model boundary
The Rincón Rain-to-Reef model is an uncalibrated screening scenario. It does not populate destination ratings and is not a measured visibility forecast or safety product.
