How the modeled plume moves
The map animates the included 50 mm Añasco sensitivity scenario toward Rincón. It is a rendered model example, not live current or water-quality data.
How it works
Established screening methods, joined transparently
- SCS Curve Number converts cumulative rainfall into excess rainfall.
- A triangular unit hydrograph routes that volume into discharge.
- A sensitivity rating curve estimates suspended-sediment flux.
- Hourly midpoint releases move through a constant-current Gaussian plume.
- Reef values report modeled TSS. The optical proxy is not presented as diver visibility.
