A fit for your operation?

An extra for your guests.
Room to keep your own way of working.

01 / YOUR CREW

Capture what’s practical.

Your team captures agreed clips during suitable trips. Filming never outranks guest care, safe operations, or reef protection. We’ll agree who captures footage and how it reaches us before a pilot.

02 / REEFROAMER

We shape the keepsake.

We assemble and review the film, make landscape and vertical versions, select usable photos, and prepare a private guest preview. No extra editing desk for your crew.

03 / YOUR GUEST

They choose for themselves.

Guests see the preview and decide. The package is an optional extra. Photos or video already included in your trip stay included, with no pressure to upgrade.

Proposed pilot economics

A clear offer.
A clear operator share.

The proposed guest price is $39 per booking or family, with $15 to the operator for each settled, non-refunded purchase. ReefRoamer retains the balance before payment, editing, delivery, and support costs.

The operator share is a proposal for a pilot agreement, not an earnings guarantee or an active payout arrangement. Settlement timing, refunds, responsibilities, and any applicable taxes must be agreed in writing before sales.

What the pilot will measure.

The pilot measures whether guests choose to buy, whether the films are worth keeping, and whether the work fits a real trip day.

Start small. Learn from a real day.

What we’ll agree
before the first trip.

A focused pilot should fit your operation and leave guests with clear expectations. Enquire first; we’ll work through the details together.

  • Capture: a suitable trip, crew member, equipment, and practical shot list
  • Permission: guest opt-in, minors’ guardian consent where needed, and clear group boundaries
  • Delivery: a secure footage handoff, review responsibility, preview timing, and support contact
  • Commercial terms: final guest price, operator settlement, refund handling, and tax responsibilities
  • Success: purchases, guest feedback, crew time, and contribution after the costs of unsold previews

Operator questions

Built around a real trip day.

Do we have to change what’s already included?

No. Existing included media must stay included. The film package is explained as a separate optional edit, so guests can see what they’re choosing.

Do you supply cameras or a camera operator?

Equipment, staffing, capture, and any related costs are agreed before a pilot. This page does not promise new equipment or an extra crew member. We’ll first understand how your team already captures footage.

Is the operator share paid automatically?

No. No payout arrangement is active through this site. A pilot agreement will set out reconciliation and settlement for completed, non-refunded sales, including how later refunds are handled.

Do guests need an app?

The intended experience is a private web preview and downloadable files. No new guest app is planned for the pilot.

Can you use our guests in marketing?

Only with separate permission. Permission for private film delivery is distinct from permission for public promotion. Guest lists, footage access, retention, and deletion need a written process before a pilot.

What if weather or footage quality makes filming impractical?

The trip and guest safety come first. Skip filming when conditions, workload, permission, or footage quality don’t support a worthwhile keepsake. No film should be offered for sale simply because clips were captured.
